Women learning to shoot

Vicki and Diane continue to refine their approach to female learning methodology.

This year, they will teach at the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association (ILEETA) near Chicago. They recently taught a two-day class to all of the Secret Service instructors in Maryland at the Secret Service Academy. The previous year, they taught an instructor's class for DEA instructors at the FBI Academy in Quantico Virginia.

Shortly afterwards, they went to the Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, SC for a week spent observing and teaching the instructors for the all-female 4th Batallion. Subsequently, female marine recruit qualification scores improved significantly.

Diane and Vicki have also taught at the International Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors (IALEFI) conference for the last six years.

Contact Diane or Vicki if you have the need for an instructor's class on teaching women to shoot.
